Bootcamp Classes

Feeling unfit? Overweight? Hate going to the gym by yourself? No motivation? Then bootcamp is for you!

BE YOU Bootcamps are a great way to improve all areas of fitness, such as; Stamina, Muscle Endurance and Muscle Tone, and more importantly they reduce your body fat and increase muscle mass.

Open to all abilities and ages, BE YOU Bootcamps are perfect for those who need a little more motivation than going to the gym by themselves. The group sessions ensure no one is left behind and the specific exercises are chosen to guarantee you get an amazing full body workout!

No Pain...No Gain! Yes the first few weeks are tough, but once through this you will see results from these sessions and they will help you look and feel healthy, energised and toned!

The classes are 45mins long and you can opt for doing 1, 2 or 3 classes per week, it includes a warm up, interval based exercises and cool down with stretches.

Remember the easiest part is doing the class… the hardest part is getting yourself here! You can do it!

Weigh ins are also available at these classes and can be monitored to show progress.

Please wear trainers and comfy clothes that do not restrict movement.
It is essential to bring a bottle of water and advised to bring a towel.
