Pilates

Pilates involves a series of controlled movements that aim to engage the mind and body in order to develop strong and flexible muscles. Emphasis is placed on developing deep torso strength, balance and flexibility to promote correct posture and alignment. Exercises will involved standing and mat based movements. Please bring your own yoga/Pilates mat for hygiene reasons.
