Ditch the workout… Join the party!!

So what's a Zumba Fitness class like? Well to put in simply Zumba classes are filled with Latin and international music to create an exciting dance party atmosphere! You'll forget you're working out with the sexy but simple dance moves, and best of all, you don't need any previous dance experience!

It's fun and effective, using interval training which cleverly combines fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

The workout is basically watch and copy. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated so easy to learn. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!

The tracks include a combination of calorie burning and resistance training exercises, with music coming from the following styles: Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Chachacha, Reggaeton, Samba, Hip Hop, Jazz, Street Dance.

A typical session can burn between 400-1000 calories depending on the intensity and length of the session.


Zumba for 50+

Zumba for 50+ is structured in the same way as normal Zumba classes but at a lower impact and includes combinations of resistance and balance exercises to maintain muscle strength and tone.

Please wear trainers and comfy clothes that do not restrict movement.
It is essential to bring a bottle of water and advised to bring a towel.
