Abs Blast

Ab Blast is a 30 minute class that provides an intense workout that targets your core muscles. The class includes conditioning style exercises and interval training techniques to combine high and low intensity movements that focus on developing and strengthening your core muscles, whilst aiming to raise your heart rate and increase fat burning. The class will involve both standing and mat based exercises and incorporate the use of Tabata and H.I.I.T training methods.
