Cheerleading Classes

Cheerleading is a gymnastic style of dance that involves dancing as a team and using Pom Poms. The main areas of cheerleading include arm movements, tumbling, jumps and stunts which incorporate lifts; overall increasing confidence, flexibility and strength.

As a beginner, children will learn the basic cheer movements and basic stunts to put together in highly energetic routines.
